Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (TCUS)

Israel Growth Venture (IGV)

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter referred to as “TCUS”) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the use of the website and the services offered by Israel Growth Venture, a company specialized in business development in Israel (hereinafter “IGV” or “the Company”).

Article 2 – Acceptance of the terms

Using the services of IGV implies full acceptance of these TCUS. They apply to any request, quote, contract, or service delivery.


Article 3 – Description of services

IGV provides services including (but not limited to):

  • Targeted market studies for Israel
  • Franchise and branch development
  • Location consulting (regions, cities, commercial zones)
  • Strategic and legal support
  • Connection with local partners and authorities
  • 3, 5, and 10 years development programs

Services are personalized based on the nature of the project and the customer’s geolocation.


Article 4 – Orders and payment terms


4.1 Orders

Any order requires a written agreement, signed quote, or online payment.

Service activation begins only after payment is received.

4.2 Pricing

Prices vary based on the customer’s geographic location (automatically detected via IP address or selected manually).

The business expansion contract includes a contract initiation fee (defined case-by-case) and commissions on the rental or sale of commercial properties generated by IGV.

4.3 Payment

Payment may be made by:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card via PayPal or another provider
  • Any other mutually agreed method

4.4 Late Payments

In case of late payment, IGV may apply penalties in accordance with Article 5 of the Israeli Contracts Law.

Article 5 – Annulation / Rétractation / Remboursement

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן, 1981):

  • A private customer may cancel a service within 14 days of signing, unless the service has already begun.
  • No refunds will be granted for services that are partially or fully delivered, except in specific cases defined by contract.
  • Cancellation policies for B2B services are defined on a case-by-case basis.

💡 Note: Since payment is made only when the customer initiates the analysis, no refund is applicable after service activation.


Article 6 – Confidentiality


IGV undertakes to comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, 1981).

All information provided during service delivery will be handled with strict confidentiality.

No information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.


Article 7 – Intellectual property


All materials provided or published by IGV (reports, studies, strategies, visuals, texts, tools) remain the exclusive property of IGV.

No reproduction or distribution is allowed without prior written consent, in accordance with the Israeli Copyright Law (חוק זכויות יוצרים, 2007).


Article 8 – Liability


IGV is committed to a duty of means in carrying out its services.

IGV cannot be held liable for commercial failure due to external factors (market conditions, partners, regulations, force majeure…).

IGV shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or intangible harm.


Article 9 – Applicable law and jurisdiction


These TCUS are governed by Israeli law.

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo.

  • The initial analysis is billed according to the client’s geolocation.
  • Expansion contracts may include: 
    • A contract opening fee (case-by-case)
    • Commissions on rentals or sales of commercial spaces identified by IGV
  • Prices are not fixed or public and are defined within the contractual relationship.
